Had a small issue with electricity token not arriving after payment, so I logged on the Online Chat portal. I was very promptly greeted by one of your consultants, he was very friendly, asked a few questions and within 10 minutes, my electricity token had arrived. I wish to commend your call centre consultant for the way my prepaid electricity dilemma was handled.  Very professional and absolutely helpful. The consultant responded to my emails and gave me a call back - she was courteous, patient and friendly.
