You don't have to be powerless. Just want to say THANK YOU for the absolutely excellent service that I received from Prepaid 24 this morning. I bought prepaid electricity about 10 minutes before I had to leave for work, but the SMS with the token number didn't come through to me. After about 30 minutes I decided to check their website for a number to contact them. There was no number - only a chatroom link and I thought 'this will take a long do businesses normally take to respond to an e-mail or skype'. How wrong was I. I sent a message saying that my token was not sent? Immediately (and I mean IMMEDIATELY) a message appeared from a consultant to introduce himself and seconds later I received the token. The whole conversation lasted less than 2 minutes. This is really the best service I have experienced in a long long time!! Thank you, Prepaid 24!! GREAT ONLINE ASSISTANCE FROM PREPAID24. I am very impressed with the assistance and level of service I received from Prepaid24. On 2 separate occasions, a consultant assisted me with both issues I was having. It is great to be able to have such assistance when you have been struggling online for quite a while. He navigated me to where I should go and what I needed to do in order for my online electricity purchases to work, within a few minutes I received my token and everything worked. Great service. I have had quite a few issues in paying municipal accounts online. By my own fault. However, the complete support system provided by the Prepaid24 site has no rival. No holding music.
