This is without doubt the premier site for prepaid transactions (electricity and airtime). I was presented with a choice of using either SmartFund) which I could top-up from any bank, or paying by EFT to one of their many bank accounts. I was surprised that I received my Electricity tokens immediately, even when paying by EFT (and not an immediate payment either). At one point I was unable to buy electricity from my SmartFund because I had not verified my account correctly. I contacted the 24-hour, 7-days a week chatline, and was assisted by a very friendly Live Support Consultant who knew immediately how to help me. She guided me through the process of activating my SmartFund and then I realised I had forgotten my SmartFund PIN. Without having to log out she guided me through the process of resetting my SmartFund PIN. This required her to re-activate my SmartFund which she did in a matter of seconds. Thank you! I needed tokens of all the electricity bought from 2016 up to now since I have a serious problem with my Municipality prepaid meter. The Prepaid24 Live Support Consultant did everything he could to provide me with the information. It was quite a challenge since we had 3 different prepaid meters in one year, but he did it by sending me an Excel spreadsheet with all the information. Now I can also proof to the Municipality that with a solar geyser and a gas stove we only used for 2 years between 9 and 11 kWh units. The new meter suddenly say that we are using 25 kWh per day and we are only 2 people in the house. Prepaid24 - you are a star and deserves the 5 stars for excellent and professional service.
