I had a problem with an online purchase for electricity today and was fortunate enough do get it resolved very quicky with the "live chat" option they offer. I have had reason to deal with Prepaid24 again when they changed their banking details.  They were absolutely awesome in their dealing's with me.  Not once did they get irritated with me and always were friendly and very professional.  I would recommend them to anyone going prepaid!
