My wife rented an apartment as from 1 Feb 2018 and there is an electricity pre-paid meter installed. I needed to buy electricity but did not know the exact meter number or the supplier details. I registered the meter on the Prepaid24 online platform with my other meters with the information I thought was correct and bought electricity. They immediately advised that my meter number is incorrect and assisted me in getting everything up to speed to buy power in future. Great assistance from all their consultants; every time you contact them, you are talking to a different person, but they act as if the same person in their communication. After having difficulty trying to register on Prepaid 24.co.za - I received a call from the most patient Lady I have yet dealt with - saying she saw on the website I never came right registering and would assist me.
