I mistakenly paid my money for my prepaid electricity into SmartFund and not directly to purchase my tokens. To say the least I was not happy, but the Prepaid24 Consultant came to my rescue and sorted it all out without telling me that it was my own stupidity and not Prepaid24 mistake. I needed to purchase electricity online but had to reload my beneficiaries on my internet banking due to a personal issue, I only had 2 units of electricity left, a screaming 1 year old and a very hungary 11 year old - so to say stressed was the least of my problems - I needed assistance and asked someone to contact me online from Prepaid 24, within seconds an online support consultant responded, he was patient, efficient, professionally and above all calm! Leading the way with customer service! Dealing with this company has been one of the best customer experiences that I've had in a long long time. The feedback is prompt, the manner of communication is highly professional and not only do they resolve the issue but provide other options for you to explore to make the experience even better. My latest interaction was with an online Support agent, but the culture that this company instills is clearly of a high professional standard as I've only received excellence. I would strongly recommend that other SA companies try to learn from Prepaid24 to learn to learn some much needed lessons on customer service . Excellent Service! I sent an email on Sunday in order to get duplicate Tax Invoices. I did not expect to get any feedback in a day or 3. Big was the surprise when I received all what I requested the same day from Prepaid24. This kind of service is rare but MUCH appreciated! Well done Prepaid24! Overall the service I received from PrePaid24 over the past 2 or 3 years were just GREAT! I cannot recall even one incident where I did not get my voucher within minutes or had a dispute - NOTHING! Ek het nog altyd baie goeie diens van Prepaid 24 ontvang. Vandag het ek weereens 'n klein probleempie gehad, wat eintlik my eie skuld was, maar die vriendelike Prepaid24 Aanlyn konsultant het my sommer in 'n japtrap gehelp en die probleem opgelos. The Prepaid24 Live support Consultant at 10pm was brilliant. Our Municipality was unable to sell electricity tokens.
