I have always received such superb service from Prepaid24. Today, in particular, went onto their chat site as I had a problem with my electricity payment. Immediate reply. I accidentally deleted the SMS with our R300 worth of electricity tokens and was worried that it would be my loss, but I sent a help request to Prepaid24 support team via their website and had my tokens resent to me within 2 minutes.
