Very friendly service. I was trying to set up Prepaid24 to buy monthly electricity. Whilst I was struggling for a while, I received a phone call from this very friendly and competent Prepaid24 consultant. She guided me through the areas where I was unsure of and even assisted me to get the app on my tablet as well. Excellent service Prepaid24!!! I commend you for this!! Great service every time! I usually purchase prepaid electricity via a banking app but quite often their system's go down and I can't buy electricity or airtime. This time around I was nearing my last unit of electricity and needed to top up fast. So I placed an order for more electricity and contacted the Prepaid24 support team (at almost 11 pm) and got assisted immediately by Cameron. Even though they couldn't yet detect my payment, I forwarded them proof of the EFT and they processed my order. Thank you so much for saving me from running out of power in the middle of the night!
