Service like this is rare these days! I recently moved and was experiencing problems, so I went to Prepaid24's website to use the live online chat facility. Before completing my request I was contacted by a consultant. Yes he called me and helped me through the registration process.My phone died and and I managed to change the sim to another phone. Again the consultant phoned me, he was with me the whole way until we were recharged and sorted. Thank you to an amazing consultant with his unique approach to client services. I couldn't buy prepaid electricity due to a problem on my account number...Two consultants kept on trying to fix the problem for me until they got it right Due to the fact that I was born before computers they had to have a lot of patience with me.....I thank you from the bottom of my heart for all your help...I was VERY impressed with your kindness and professionalism. Excellent Service ! I purchased a Token through Prepaid24 which was declined due to arrears on the municipal water bill, I contacted Prepaid24 through ther Live Chat, which I find to be an extremely helpful function. I was assisted by a consultant whom  had the matter resolved within 10mins. Prepaid24  has a quick response time and their consultants are extremely helpfull. Thank you for your excellent service. My account number was totally wrong so I didn't receive a pin. I contacted Prepaid24 online via chat and a consultant assisted me without me having to contact the bank and reverse anything.
