Uitstekende diens! Ek was besig om te probeer om 'n addisionele meternommer op my profiel te voeg. Die Prepaid24 Aanlyn Hulpdiens Konsultant het gesien dat ek ingelog het. Sy het my geskakel en gevra of ek hulp nodig het. Sonder moeite het sy dit toe sommer vir my gedoen! In 5 minute is die nuwe meter nommer bygevoeg, sms ontvang en krag op die nuwe meter! Even finishing an email sent, with: "have a lovely day". How nice! Being in client services myself I know how difficult it is at times to compose oneself & remain professional, nevermind friendly. Service does exist! This morning I was struggling to log on to My Prepaid24 account to buy some prepaid electricity. I decided to use the live chat and was helped by the Prepaid24 Consultant who gave me hope that there was still people in this world that knew how to be of service.
