Finally our municiplity is online! Registered...well thought i did...so i went on livechat to confirm banking details. Spoke with the Prepaid24 consultant who besides giving me the details..went over and above and did some investigating and advised me the acc number was wrong! Service like this is rare these days! I recently moved and was experiencing problems, so I went to Prepaid24's website to use the live online chat facility. Before completing my request I was contacted by a consultant. Yes he called me and helped me through the registration process.My phone died and and I managed to change the sim to another phone. Again the consultant phoned me, he was with me the whole way until we were recharged and sorted. Thank you to an amazing consultant with his unique approach to client services.
