I had a problem with a meter voucher and within a minute from asking for support, I received assistance from one of the Prepaid24 consultants at the online chat facility and this resolved my problem almost immediately. Excellent service on a Sunday afternoon and evening. When the exchanges got a little complicated a phone call from Prepaid24 explained everything perfectly. Later when I had another query regarding the tokens, one simple explanation was all I needed. I wish all call centres in South Africa would get their training from them.
