Excellent Service ! I purchased a Token through Prepaid24 which was declined due to arrears on the municipal water bill, I contacted Prepaid24 through ther Live Chat, which I find to be an extremely helpful function. I was assisted by a consultant whom  had the matter resolved within 10mins. Prepaid24  has a quick response time and their consultants are extremely helpfull. Thank you for your excellent service. My account number was totally wrong so I didn't receive a pin. I contacted Prepaid24 online via chat and a consultant assisted me without me having to contact the bank and reverse anything.
