Typically purchase prepaid electricity through my banking app. The app (and subsequently the banking website) gave me trouble in September 2019, essentially saying that the meter was no longer supported. Calling the bank helpline resulted in me being passed around a few times, but no resolution. I was hesitant to sign up to yet another payment service, but gave Prepaid24 a go as I was close to out of electricity and desperate. Prepaid24 contacted me after I signed up and made a payment, noting they had a similar error (so it seems the issue was with my meter/meter vendor), but after a quick discussion on the live chat and a call, they solved the issue and I continued to live in an apartment with electricity!
