Great customer service received from the team at Prepaid24.I added a new electricity meter number to incorrect municipality. First he helped me fixed it, later he contacted vendor to link meter number for in-line transaction. I was at all times kept in the loop. What a great experience. Thank you Prepaid24! Had an electricity token payment problem. Essentially my bank taking tooling to clear an EFT transaction. Spoke to online support consultant and got fantastic service. I would like to thank the Prepaid24 Call Centre Manager who assisted me to be able to get my prepaid electricity sorted. I spoke to an online consultant then asked to speak to the manager. I am in Pretoria East. The Prepaid24 Call Centre Manager called me within two minutes to assist me; she gave me the information required to enable me to buy prepaid electricity. The amazing thing is that she did not need to call me back but just did now to see if I came right. You are awesome and I thank you for amazing customer service you went over and above your job to help me which is not a common thing. Thanks Prepaid24. Having had a new electricity meter installed recently I was dreading having to change the meter number electronically. To my great relief Prepaid24's website if so user friendly that I had changed the details within minutes and had purchased and received my electricity code within five minutes of doing so. Outstanding customer service! I was very impressed with the PRepaid24 Online Support Consultant who helped me on the live chat to resolve my prepaid meter issue. At first she assisted me by resetting my Smartfund account. She then went the extra mile to register my prepaid meter when she noticed it wasn't on the list, knowing I wouldn't receive my electricity token I had paid for. Great service. Fully competent.
