I purchased airtime but it did not come through as an SMS as it normally does. I got hold of one of the consultants at Prepaid24 and she was so helpful and in a matter of minutes I had my airtime sent to my cell phone. Wonderful service on a Sunday night!! Had a problem with the online payment and registration of prepaid electricity. One of the consultants kept me in the loop all the time and managed to solve my problem within a few minutes. Thanks Prepaid24 - it is so great to not have to stop at a shop and stand in line to get electricity and then get told the system is offline or they don't have sufficient funds, in the last 3 years or so have never had to wait more than 30 minutes to get my voucher when buying with Prepaid24.
