I was busy struggling on my own with their website and all of a sudden my phone rang. A young fellow of Prepaid24 assisted me through the whole process. He even phoned me again afterwards to ask if all is still set. Well done, that's client service for you, something South Africa is really battling with these days. My SmartFund balance was not reflecting 2 days after paying into it. Support team managed to resolve the query the same evening I opened the query (probably within 2 hours). Online support was a bit slow but soon I received further telephonic support and explanation from one of the consultants. Excellent service and turn around time!
