Municipality's prepaid meter company installed new meter on same date as debit order payment went through.   Prepaid24 saved us money and time by assisting telephonically to rectify issue whereas FNB would have charged us R275 to reverse payment as payment could not go through and the municipality would have been problematic as we all know what their service levels are like.   Thank you to the friendly staff and their willingness to resolve matter surprisingly easy.  The consultant even called me after six to make sure that what was amended actually worked and no problems were still experienced) Posted via HelloPeter by Riana le Roux from on 6th March 2017
I had to go on line after struggling for 24hrs to get my elecricity recharged. The Prepaid24 consultant was very helpful and solved my problems in about 1/2 hr or so.  Again part was my fault for the way I had registered. I bought electricity via fnb but I did not received my token for more than 12 hours. Then I decided to enquire why I am not receiving my token.
