Jean de Villiers Opens Prepaid24’s Mossel Bay Office

On Thursday, 27 October 2016, Prepaid24’s new Mossel Bay office was officially opened by former Springbok captain and Prepaid24’s Head of Business Development, Jean de Villiers.

The opening was a landmark event for Prepaid24, an online platform that enables clients to buy prepaid electricity, airtime and data conveniently online. The company was founded in 2009 and has quickly become South Africa’s #1 online provider, in terms of service delivery, according to HelloPeter.

Prepaid24 runs all of its technical operations as well as their national client support from Mossel Bay. The growth of the company as well as its staff complement has led to their move into a new, larger premises.

This new office was opened by Jean de Villiers who recently joined Prepaid24 as their Head of Business Development. The former Springbok captain described the similarities and synergies between him and Prepaid24 as a perfect fit and says that he is “very excited” to be part of a growing company with its eyes on the future and who make it their mission to bring hope to South Africans from all walks of life.

According to Ben Lindeque, Prepaid24’s Business Architect, the value of running operations from Mossel Bay cannot be underestimated. “Mossel Bay is a very special town with some incredible people. It’s our hope that our local consultants’ caring hearts will shine through in every interaction and exceed clients’ expectations on a national level.”

The opening of Prepaid24’s new Mossel Bay office by Jean de Villiers is so much more than a simple move into a new building. It’s a celebration of how far the company has come and an exciting glimpse of what the future holds.
