Step 1
Go to the login screen and click on “Forgot Your Password?” above the “Log In” button.
Step 2
Enter your registered email address and registered cell number & click on “Submit”.
Step 3
Go to your email’s inbox and open the “Set or Change your Prepaid24 Password” mail that was sent to you. Click on the link that is provided - it will take you to the “Reset Password” page.
Step 4
Enter your new password and confirm it. Click on “Reset Password”.
You will now be able to log into your MyPP24Profile with your registered cell number and the new password you just setup!
