Reset Your SmartFund Pin


Step 1

Log into your MyPP24Profile and go to "Manage".

Step 2

Click on “SmartFund”, then “Settings” and "Settings" again.

Step 3

Go to your primary email address's inbox and get the code that was sent. Enter the code in the “One-Time-Pin” field and click on “Proceed”.

Step 4

Under “Transaction Pin”, enter your new 4-digit SmartFund Pin. Make sure to save this Pin for future use in SmartFund purchases.

Step 5

Click on "Save Settings" at the bottom of the page.

You have successfully changed your SmartFund Pin!

PLEASE NOTE: When you change your SmartFund Pin, your SmartFund is deactivated for security reasons. Kindly contact our Online Support Team so that one of our consultants can reactivate your SmartFund. Once they have reactivated your SmartFund, you can use your SmartFund again to purchase all your prepaid products instantly.
