Step 1
Log into your MyPP24Profile.
Step 2
Go to “Manage”, click on “Personal Info” and then “Edit Information”.
Step 3
On the OTP page, click on “Send OTP”.
Step 4
Go to your primary email address and get your code. Enter it into the open field and click on “Submit”.
Step 5
Under “Primary Cell”, enter your new cell phone number and click on “Save Changes” at the bottom of the page.
Your primary cell number is now successfully updated!
