Our Platform Fee

Prepaid24 levies a monthly fee for the use of our online platform, providing each client with the following features and benefits:

• Unlimited Purchases and Transactions
• Uncapped Monthly Spend
• Our Monthly Electricity Breakdown report which summarises monthly purchases and kWh received as well as seasonal spending trends, to empower better decision making ***
• The ability to set up WhatsApp Purchase Reminders, so that you NEVER forget another electricity purchase***
• Set up Scheduled Electricity Purchases and let us AUTOMATICALLY send you your tokens every month***
• Expert Electricity Support from 7 am – 11 pm, 365 days a year***

There are NO commitments or debit orders. You will only pay for our service when you actually use it, giving you all the control you need.

This fee will also NOT accumulate in months that you do not use Prepaid24. It will be deducted from your first Prepaid24 purchase of the month, with the remaining amount being issued as an electricity token. Any additional purchases made for the same meter during the same month, will not incur any fees.

Meter numbers with a monthly spend of less than R400 will not be charged this platform fee.
